Shipping policy

Orders
You can place your order by submitting your order. If the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You will also receive a receipt to your email after we processed your order, it can take up to 48 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your parcel.

Please note, once the order is processed, it is not possible to cancel it.


Payment
The amount will be deducted from your account after the purchase is successed.

We accept the following payments in Denmark: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and debit cards. You can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay.


Shipping

We offer free shipping in Denmark without minimum order amount.

We offer free shipping in EU* for orders more than 129€. Currently the EU free shipping is only valid for Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden.

If you don’t find the destination you want to ship to, please email us to contact@ninetyoneninetytwo.com with the products you want to purchase, we will get back to you with a shipping fee.


Delivery time
ninetyoneninetytwo is conscious about production efficiency. Depending on the product, the delivery time can vary.

In most cases, we will ship out your products in 3-5 working days. For the lighting collection, the time might up to 2 weeks. 

The delay of delivery depends on the number of orders and on the overload of work. We will inform you by email if your order gets delayed.
